has anybody ever busted a gas cap out of an r6 without the key?

i just put my ignition key into my gas cap and it werked even tho they dint match

stick a flathead into the slot for the key, tap it in solidly with a hammer and then muckle onto the screwdriver and open it.....you will break the pins and it will open, you'll just have to use a screwdriver or a knife to open/close your tank

done it on a bunch of bikes (salvage yard)

thanks stuck a big screwdriver in and it turned like a champ no problem lol I had a locksmith trying to pick it for 20 minutes though first.
