Fitst will deff come up easier than 2nd. How much do you weigh? You can get a lot of help by gearing that bike. try to get a +10 rear sprocket and stay stock up front. That will leave you able to still ride on the streets and give you all the extra torque you'll neet to get'em up in 1st or 2nd. hope this helps.

Re: dented tank?

BTW tank doesn't need to be dented, however it will help if it is, cause as it comes up you'll have to hold on tighter so as to not slip back down onto the seat. Before denting it in try some skateboard grip tape it works well.

Re: dented tank?

i used surf board grip and that **** works great and it wolnt tear your pants up like skate grip cause its foam. its a little exspensive though, like 30 dollars for one pad. you might want to get 2 pads worth. just my opinion.

btw try some highchairs, their mad easier
