Rear foot peg too small

I've been doing stand ups for a while now and I noticed the rear foot peg isn't that big. Has anybody lengthened theirs or made it easier to stand on?

My boy says the same sh*t, you can change them out but its always better to get use to what you have so that way you can jump on any bike and wheelie it. My boy also lengthened his brake pedal...
