Carburator springs

hello guys i have a gsx-r1100w and isnt running well i think i found the problem, as you can see in the first image the spring of the left is larger than the spring of the right and all the other springs are the same as the shorter one and i think thats the problem cuz the cilinder of the larger spring doesnt seem to be running properly also notice the spark plugs on the second image, the one of the right is the one that is in the cilinder with the larger spring and all other spark plugs are like the one of the left
do you think this can be the problem? then should i cut the spring so it can be the same as the other ones?

thank you

it looks like someone installed a jet kit and didn't replace that spring for some reason. Check to see if all the needles are the same. Also make sure that the clip that holds the needle in the slide stays in the hole, or its gonna run on three cylinders as soon as you open the throttle.

Did you check the clip that holds the needle in the slide? If it doesn't stay seated in the slide, it will make that cylinder foul the plug. As far as the springs go, I would get four stock springs so they are all the same. Also make sure that the small o-rings are there on each carb before you put the diaphragm caps on.
