Re: Stock pipes own!
Its threads like this that are killing our beloved Stuntlife...
FHL you really need to just shut the ***** up and ride...I swear all of your threads/posts are complete nonsense.....
So you say you are at the balance point ?? Quit bullshitting and post up some
vid..otherwise go back to your yahoo chat channel and talk about how you are looking forward to watching the " FullHouse " reruns....
Damn I swear it was only like 2 weeks ago you were posting some bullshiat clip of how high your wheelie was when it only lasted about 200milli seconds at about 6 inches off the ground...If thats BP then damn I hit that the other
day in my Escort....and yeah I was in the grocery store parkin lot..
Instead of FHL, we need to start calling you Double P.....for Pure Propaganda...Send your azz over to Iraq and start dropping you outta airplanez and shiat....***** the normal propaganda....we got FHL for ya...
Them boyz would give up in a heartbeat after listening to 5 mins of your BS...
Please man stop the nonsense...Keep practicing but leave the propaganda at home an def check it at the Stuntlife door....

Re: Stock pipes own!
Actually not to be defending anyone cause I don't know him. But Last year I ran 11.2 as my best time at bandimere speedway (approc 6000 ft) I thought I would never come down from that but this year I ran a 10.3 same track, stock bike (exept clutch, gearing, tires, ext.) no major mods. then again I have a 954. It's possible to run times like that regardless of altitude, mostly because of the fuel injection systems these days are less<--key word there, less affected by altitude changes. Plus, as I have learned, drag racing sportbikes can be a very difficult but the differance between times is amazing just from technique changes. So, I really didn't pay to much attention to the arguement but just so you know altitude does make a serious differance in performance but great times are still a very good possiblity with just some minor changes regardless of altitude. By the way in the same run I almost got beat by a close to stocker Gixxer 7 fiddy. As a matter of fact I thought he won until I picked up my time slip. I think he ran a 10.8 not sure though I'll have to look. Oh ya, and the rest of the day I was running in high 10s and low elevens again,,,damnit I'll get consistant one of thses days. Hey if anyone else lives in colorado the top fuel races are on the weekend of the 16th I'll be there if anyone wants to meet up there.

Recently i read an article in Super Streetbike where people were saying that a gsxr1000 would beat a busa because the horse in close but the gsxr1000 weighs like a 100 pounds less which would make up for the horse.
Needless to say with both bikes a 2004 model and with the same mods, the busa still came up on top (busa 8.953 et--gsxr1000 9.146 et.), but like the magazine said " watch your *** 'Busa boys, 'cuz a real hustler on a late-model Gixxer will definitely give you a run".

FHL, your new avatar still is not close to bp.
Need to be about 1-2 'oclock higher still, thats just my .02.
What did you mean about riding a wheelie out at bp....bp wheelies will ride you out first.

Re: Stock pipes own!
Yeah I know I wasn't at balance point since I had to clutch it up at 45mph (the guy I gave the camera to had no idea I wanted to go slower). I just went out and got it to balance point a couple times.
I was working on leaning back. It's a different sensation since you can't see the front end coming up as easily it's more feeling it out.
Does anyone have any suggestions on getting up there faster without being jerky?
