Learning Tank-Stands?

I wanna learn to get up and stand on my seat or my tank, i've got a 1988 Honda CBR1000F (Hurricane).

Any advice? I can get up on my pegs and stand on the bike with no hands and just roll, but i can't seem to get on the seat!

Re: Learning Tank-Stands?

when i did it, i put my choke on so the bike would keep revving higher. but i also have a damper that i tightened for a little more peace of mind. but for you, i guess just try the choke, let it run, start stading on the seat then step onto the tank. best of luck.
still don't believe you got that bike though. that's like a unicorn to me.
