TL1000R throttle surge

I have a surge at 2,500 RPMs that is pretty nasty, and I really want to get my 20 up gear, 12 bar, and cage, but I won't be able to do really slow stuff until I get rid of this surge. I have tried sinking the throttle bodies, pinching airlines, making the mixture ritcher at low RPMs, and I discovered some solder in the wiring to my cam position censor, so I cut off the plug and solder, and hard wired the censor. I am going to try bolting a different censor on off of a friend's bike, if that doesn't work, does anyone have any sugjustions? I am running out of ideas, and I really want to start doing slow stunts. The dealership said that they would have to charge me hourly to trouble shoot it, and I don't have the cash.
