carbs messed up from endos?

carbs messed up from endos?
Aight, I've been working on my endos and now it seems like the carbs are messed up. Now, the bike sometimes shuts off during the endo, and the bike somtimes loses power when i'm riding on two wheels. What's the problem, and how do I fix it?
