Circles - handlebar movement

To make the bike lean further into the circle, should I turn the bars into the circle, or deosnt it matter?

I am still learning too, but I am getting close. It doesnt seem to matter, its just a comfort thing unless you are like tony d and have the front wheel spinning the whole time, then you can turn the bars to help control the bike.

I Can Consitantly Hit One Circle, But I Find My Bike Upseting And Tossing Me To The Right. Any Advice What To Do??? Is It My Body Position Or Does It Have To Do With The Throttle Control? Thanks.
