Help buying a new bike

I am having a hard time buying a bike this year. I am a big GIXXER fan but have an offer I cannot pass up and wanted to get some opinions. I had a 2003 GIX 6 last year but didn't want to kill it stunting so I sold it.

A friend of a friend is selling a 2001 or 2002 Honda F4i with 4000 miles for 4k. I haven't seen it yet but for a newbie stunter sounds like a better idea than grabbing a GIX 600 or 750 for around 6k.

I am hearing the Honda's are great for stunting too and some actually love the F4i. Thanks in advance for your thoughts/comments.
