Polished Frame
Ok Guys I Found A Frame For Sale The Guy Only Wants 200 Bucks And It Is In Dam Good Shape. My Question Is The Guy Doesn't Have Or Can't Seem To Find The Title, Which Makes Me Worried The Frame Is Hot. Now If It Is Legit How Do I Go About Getting A Title For It So I Can Ride It On The Street Or Is It A Waste Of Time And Money.?

Re: Polished Frame
yeah, but whos gonna stamp it, its gotta look like factory, if one single letter/number gets crooked, you fawked. but yeah, you could stamp it with the same vin, but what about having two tags, you could say you lost one, the original, but i think they issue a complete new tag, so then the first one is garbage, or you could just keep swapping them back and forth....

I don't normally look at the VIN on street motorcycles, but I do on ATV and dirt bikes. We don't have a high rate of stolen motorcycles up here, but ATV, sleds, and dirt bikes are hot items. Peeps steal them and traffic them to Canada and sell them.

I would look for another spot the VIN maybe or tell him to drop the price to $50 where it's a hot frame
