Foot position on Flamingo

Foot position on Flamingo
Im wondering how my foot position should be when doing 1 legged flamingos.
Should be 50/50? Meaning half of your foot goes front seat and the heel on the back seat?
Also doing this with the seat cowl is not a good idea?

which ever way is more comfortable for you. for flamingos i usually put half my foot on the front seat and half on the rear, but for just seat standers i put both feet on the front seat.

Meaning I let the gas off more then i do with Nac Nacs?
Cause when I do Nac Nacs my front end comes up higher if I dont compensate properly on my gas.
I remember when I first started doing these...Whoooooshh o god, I almost LOST IT!...
