no, it would help you wheelie an '87 Hurricane, but def not an r6.

Dude, they rock, it helped me with slow stuff fo' sure. Brake/Throttle control etc. :YEAH

I've never ridden a 50, but as far as my 80 goes, I would say that it doesn't help. It DOES help you as far as 'feeling' what a balance point is like, but they are different. I don't think nothing will really help you unless you just practice on the R6, itself. Or, you can get one of those wheelie machines that was at Stuntwars. ****, who couldn't use one of those?

Hell no. I learned to wheelie on an 87 Hurricane. After that, everything else is so easy it's sick! I remember the first time I rode an F2...I nearly looped it 'cause it was so much lighter..and my buddy was on my Hurricane saying "How the hell do you wheelie this tank?!"

Put it this way.... It will help but only becuase it will get you that falling back feeling AWAY! Other then that you still need to practice on the big bike becuase it will deff make a big diff, but atleast u broke the 50 and not ur R6, oh yeah, THEY ARE THE BEST INVESTMENT U CAN EVER MAKE!!!!! :YEAH

Re: would a xr 50 help me wheelie my r6?

hell ya it helps...what are you'll talking about.
these are fundamentals of riding.
brake control will be your biggest benifit...learn it...use it...without brake control..you SUCK.

I would rather bite it on my 50 learning brake control, than on a big bike!!It's also alot more fun!!!
