Best CBR 600 for stunts?

I sold my old gixxer and i'm looking towards a cbr 600 for my next bike. I don't think I want to spend the money for an f4i. Whats the best cbr year for stunts. Are there more problems or difficulties with the other model f's? Anyone know of a good site that sells 12' bars and crash cages for them?

Thanks, Jon

well F4i for sure but if you dont want to spend that much money just go down the line F4, then F3, then F2.

Re: Best CBR 600 for stunts?

I've been reading up on the cbr series. Seems that every bike is a breakthrough, and every bike is better than the last. I love the looks of the f4's but if parts are pricey thats no good. I saw bars and cages for the f4's though and haven't seen any for f3's. Do they make them. Also isn't the f3 a heavy steel frame? or was that the f2? Is it really worth spending the extra amount for an f4 or is it just a better looking f3?

Couple more things. Is that f4i body work on a f2 frame, or is that just a pic of an f4i? What gearing are you running on your f2?

Thanks for the help, Jon

Re: Best CBR 600 for stunts?

If you want a cage you can get one from www.racing905.com if they dont have a cage for your bike they will fabricate one, all you have to do is call them and ask.. I have one on my f4i and it seems to hold up really good. Just my

Re: Best CBR 600 for stunts?

if you dont want a f4i then go with a f3. f4 and basically just a little lighter, but still carberated and more expensive. parts for f3's are cheap as hell and its a tough *** bike.

I rock a F3 and love...cheap parts and strong....I imagine a F4i would kick ***, just more $$$ (to buy and repair).

i just bought a -2 sprocket for the front of my f2. now i'm -2+3. will this make standups easier. also i put 20w oil in the front forks. It seems it's now harder to bounce up in 2nd what do ya all think
