yo i got a 929 which is prolly the same.
youve never done a wheelie on a streetbike huh..
put it in 2nd (figuring the bike is stock)go like 30 mph standing up
bang the clutch with half to 3/4 throttle at like 6000rpm
that should get you started play around with the amount
of gas and how much rpm until its comfortable

on the right clip on there is a hand grip if you twist this its gives the bike gas
get some ***** one day and either 1st or 2nd gear just blip the gas and it will come right up
it takes ***** first though

also make sure you keep your foot on the back brake

dude really if you dont know how to wheelie your bike you should get to know your bike first
everyone should learn their bike and make sure you feel totally comfortable on the bike in EVERY SITUATION
if you cant wheelie a 954 its not the bike its you
you dont know what you are doing i would recommend tring to ride wheelies on a dirt bike or atv first , most of the stunters dont just ride sportbikes they have a dirt bike or atv and they grew up on them
most of the guys you see doing these sicks *** tricks didnt just start one day
these guys have been ****in nuts since the doctor slap their ***
they were probably trying to 12 a big wheel

but your first wheelie on a bike with that much power you need to learn on your own dont fight it it will come very easy, you just have to get used to it
go out and practice in 1st gear and just blip the throttle and it will shoot right up and yes you will blow fork seal trying to learn

dont attemt stand-ups until you can ride a sit down through a gear stand -ups are easier but you have to learn the basics 1st

and always gear up

lol, dont give him such a hard time (get some ***** though) when your in first gear take off hard and when you get to 5k complely take off all gas, it will make your forks compress then snap your throtle as hard as you can and a 954 will go up like a madman.

on that 954 just roll on the gas, when it comes up you need to learn throttle controll(on off on off)

yah

i ride a 900rr and i get so used to the wheel coming up so easily that some times i dont pay attention and just stay on the gas and almost flip my shiat. Thats scary..... but on a 954 you should have no problem it comes up like nothing

how often do you ride.. i dont want to sound like a dick but if you have more than 200 miles on that bike the front wheel should have come off the ground by accident already

Gman:
In no way, shape, or form am I a big pimpin' stunt rider, but the last guy's right. On the 954 you dont even have to roll off the gas to power it up. Just get to~4000rpm and open the throttle.

You def shouldn't have a prob pickin up that front tire. The only ?? I have now is why would you start on 954? Unless it's already wrecked do yourself a huge favor and go buy a trash bike that runs ok and learn on that even if it's not the same power ruin that bike. Beat the everliving $hit out of it. This will save you many $$$$. If you don't want to spend a grand or more for a trash bike, spend at least a couple $100 on a crash cage and scrape bar to help save the engine, plastic, handlebars, etc., etc. The only other advise is to take your time and don't kill yourself
