well its hard to say..... its different for each rider....... depending on your stance, weight , height etc.... sit down or standup???
why dont you just post a picture of yourself wheeling and we can tell you how much higher

the balance point on any bike is usually way higher than people think. most guys are about a foot low when they think they hit it (unless you're acustomed to doing slow stuff and 12's).
you'll get used to the floating feeling and get used to where it's at all in time man.

you just have to stay back so the bike stays back, if you are forward when you clutch it up it is going to be alot harder to stay in the balance point because you will pick up to much speed

the balance point is right between where the bike feels like it's falling forward or backwards...
the height depends mostly on body position(sitting, standing, leaning forward/backward, foot position)...
