Somebody PM me with some foam material please
Foam will help your *** if you are abusing it but it will also make you stick... meaning you can't do some tricks which require spinning (spinderella), or other fast turning movements while in the high chair position. Also make is more difficult to get in and out of position (unless your jumping like 6 feet in the air ). Foam over the windshield edge is a definate leg saver. We use rubber hoses about .5 = 1 inch thick from any auto store, drill some holes in the shield, and zip tie that bad boy down. Just make sure the locking side of the zip ties face under the screen or they will dig into your legs worse than the screen.
I finally got some padding on the windscreen, took a hose and put some fur over it and zip tied it down. I know it's going to make some tricks harder, but I got to do something. I'm jumping as high as I can, and landing over, and over, and over, lol, I can barey move at the end of the day. Anyone got any surfboard material they can send me, lol

I usually like to exercise my jaw's and stomache by eating, lol. J/K. Swimming is good, running, but for the headstands and all of that curls and bench press

I look at it like this, it all depends on how bad you want it. If you want something bad enough you'll do it, although the hardest is going to be a handstand.

Just go out and play and do what feels right. I never used a pad and never had a problem with comfort or slipping. I do use a piece of rubber hose on the rim of the windscreen because highchair stoppies hurt the back of your legs but that's it. Try your stuff. If your butt starts to hurt then try a pad, if it doesn't, don't worry about it. Just go with the flow.

Everybody has an opinion but it's only what works for THEM. Give it a try and if something isn't working for you, try something else.

Good luck, and be safe.

start walking on your hands....took me 4 months to master this but it helped a helluvalot. gave me a lot more confidence, and I gained about 10 lbs of muscle.

vertical push-ups- put your hands down on the floor about 1ft. from the wall and swing your legs up into a handstand until they touch the wall. hold it there until it hurts; do push-ups.

Actually I think your wrong. I believe JT was the first to do it in Full Leather Jacket and he called it an acid drop. I could be wrong though.

As for handstands.....just swing your legs up.

ya, i saw that in person.....i can't remember his name but his booth was setup next to ours at the stuntlife.com event.

he showed me his bike, he cut the top of the tank off, and welded a flat piece of steel on it and re-welded the lid further back so he only lands on flat surface. he had no tank pad either.

my tank lid stabs me in teh *** so i thought about doing what he did and making it flat. he told me how to do it and everything. pretty good idea.
