Question Shifting on one wheel

I working on shifting during my wheelies, basically I pop it up in first gear get close to the balance point and shift as smoothly as possible. I have done it this way a handful of times but I was just wondering how everybody else does it. Is there I risk of looping doing it this way?

u dont need to shift it, just bring it up in 2nd or 3rd to the balance point and riiiiiiiiiiiiiiide away
