I'm going to the darkside...

Alright,

Has anybody installed dirtbike bars to their GSXR?

I got my Renthal Fatbars ready to mount to my GSXR-1000...

Anybody know what existing throttle cable will work? the current clutch cable should reach, right? and any braided brake lines should fit? Or should I use a set from an SV or something?

thanks,
Derek

PS any other tips?

I know that the stock brake lines won't reach, and I'm pretty sure the throttle won't either....

i doing that to my cbr and i know all i need is a new clutch cable.. the throttle will reach if u route it behind of the bar clamps instead of infront. And yea even if ur brake cable does reach, put steel ones on any way
