Help! I'ma Tard, and i've killed my bike!

Unhappy Help! I'ma Tard, and i've killed my bike!
There is a screw on the CBR600RR beneath were the seat and tank meet. It appeared to be a throttle adjustment of some sort. Well I messed with it, now when I try to let it idle it dies, tried twisting it back the other way. But still dies when I let it idle.

What do i do!?!

Jay6 is a decent person
The throttle adjustment is down on the left side near the oil cap. I dont know what the hell that is that your talking about?
