get it up as quick as possible and use your rear brake and your body weight to keep it up/keep it straight...on my six hundred i put my fast idle **** so that it idles at like 3500 and under a load it is around 2-2500

slow wheeelies

I've done all that " get up high and quick" but still no success! Do I need to get it pass the Balance Point then play with the brake?

Past the balance point is the only way to slow it down.

the best thing to do to make it easier would be to get a bigger sprocket in the rear. because the theroy is that when your front tire is off the ground your rear is going 2 to 3 x's as fast as you think it is

i'm confused, i've never heard of such a theroy and if the speedo is read from the crank then the front tire could be off the ground and it'll read the same speed as the front being on the ground. it doesn't change. about the only thing it could do is mess with your head and make you think you are going faster.

well if you look at most bike the speed-o cable is read from the front tire . . . .

negative...only older bikes.

i have yet to see one past 95 that has that. only one i can think of is the FZR.

even 900rr's have it from the crank on older models. that won't do anything to your speed though, once the front tire comes off the ground and the tire stops spinning, it just reads 0. that's how it was on my fzr

all the new ones read at the front sprocket level. not front tire. wheelie the whole time, you'll have like no miles on the thing.

It would have to be pretty old to take it from the front, they are all crank sensors now.
