stoppie? do you lock your arms or keep them loose?

sorry for yet another stoppie question but I've heard both ways are the best. I can roll them out for a litte bit but of course i want to improve. Do you guys lock your arms or keep them loose. I did a search and both answers came up.

thanks in advance

Whatever is most comfortable for you. The key to big stoppies is getting the bike up and balanced quickly. How you position yourself is trial and error and what feels best for you.
