1st Gear Only For 12's ?
JUST GOT MY BAR ON HOPING TO SCRAPE IT SOON.
Ive BEEN PRACTICING SLOW **** ALL YEAR IN SECOND AND NEVER 1ST ON MY 1000 GIXXER IT TWO DOWN IN THE FRONT AND NOW WITH ALL MY STUNT PLASTIC ON ITS READY TO BE 12ED.
JUST WANNA KNOW WHAT GEAR EVERYBODY USES ?

i do 1st and start scrapin at like 30 or 40..my buddy does 2nd and 3rd on his 1k and scraps for eva but he is -2+18 so first is kinda slow

I crashed a second gear scrape last night. It hurts a little more than usual.

2nd seems a bit much to be scraping...but thats just my opinion..last time i did one i looped...so my opinion suxs

if ur draggin, 2nd's ok, just clutch it up @ like 10-15 build a LITTLE speed and set it down strait, looks as all hell!!!!

JUST BANGED MY FIRST 12'S !!!!!!!!! USED 2 GEAR THE WHOLE TIME TRIED TO CHANGE TO A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT POSITIONS AND TRIED FIRST BUT NONE OF EM WORKED AS GOOD AS 2ND ...I LANDED 1 OF THREE OF THE 12'S AND ALMOST RAN OVER MY CAMERA MAN !!!I WAS HEADED RIGHT TOWARD HIM WHILE HE WAS GETTING THE ACTION SHOT LOOKING THROUGH THE CAMERA HE COULDNT TELL HOW CLOSE I WAS AND WHEN HE FINALLY LOOKED UP HE ALMOST **** HIMSELF !!!!!!YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIS FACE ! ALSO JUST ADDED A CAGE TO HELP ME FROM F-N UP MY STATOR COVER ANYMORE !TOOK ALL DAY TO BUILD BUT IS ROCK SOLID !

unless you have a 60 tooth rear sprocket or something that totals that...you shouldnt be 12ing in second

i wouldnt lie about it ? my buddies got an f4i that he does slow **** with in secon but hes got 1 down and 3 up .

I don't know how you're using second with that gearing. I'm -2+8 and it still bogs out going real slow in 1st. Mine won't even come up that slow in 2nd, it runs fine, I've done it on accident and about killed myself when it stalled.
