Exclamation could it be spark plugs FTL?

ok i need help....i recently swapped out the old main wire harness on my 2001 f4i for a new/salvaged one and i noticed that its not pulling the same on 1st gear, like i lost power or torque, could this be an issue with spark plugs (dirty/bad/loose) and also sometimes when i hit the kill switch and try to start up again sometimes it doesn't start right away and i have to roll and jump on the bike. Also random parts question, i need a new turn signal/ headlight relay, does anyone know if it is a 2 or 3 prong unit? i alrdy have the switch box (aftermarket) on order and i believe the relay is something separate....please help so i can signal and 12 o'clock again

make sure hte sensor on top of the air box is plugged in, and also make sure the map sensor is plugged into the wire harness AND a vacuum line
