what you mean slips?

Trannys don't 'slip'.. Clutches slip.. Trannys pop out of gear, grind, buck, whatever..

What exactly is happening? Slip to me = your bike revs up and the bike doesn't accelerate in relation to your rpms rising..

same thing happens to my 05, really feels like the clutch, but i clutch it up in first without any slippage at all. maybe i'm not using the right technique, not the easiest bikes to get up in second with stock gearing

okay ill call it a buck then like wutttt ughhhh wuttt ughhh haha naw just kiddin but really its like i roll on really hard in second or clutch it up doesnt matter it starts bucking like its coming out of gear but going right back in to gear and in second it does it violently at high rpms. . Im afraid i toasted my tranny... now when im taking off it makes like clicking/ snapping sound its faint but def there i can hear it plain as day

Oh and does anyone know where to find a 05-06 636 engine? I cant find one for that generation, the 07-08 engines are everywhere for like 500+ dollars. . . I haven't found one 636 engine. I just wanna replace this one and tear it apart after i swap em out.
