I misplaced the rubber seal on the inside of the lid when i took it out because it was almost impossible to open when the rubber seal was in...anyways it leaks on stoppies and wondering what i could do to fix it besides put the rubber seal pack in..maybe silicone or somthing like that...help greatly appreciated

You'll need the rubber seal. I tried all the other ways and the only thing that worked was buying the correct seal.
