2005 GSXR 600 problem starting

I had my bike diagnosed the other week and the guys told me the Tip over sensor was causing the problem with not starting. So they placed it upright. It ran smoother then it did before. four days later i was riding and the bike started to feel like it wanted to stall. Every time i shifted gears and twisted the throttle the bike took a second to respond. I pulled over, and could not start it. I put more fuel in it, nothing. I attempted to start it again the next day. It would not start, took me at least 10 tries to get it to even run for a second or two. the more i tried to get it running the longer it would run. I got it up to about 3 to 5 minutes before it shut off. When i would twist the throttle the bike seemed like it was going to cut off. I moved the TOS around and got the same thing unless it was tilted to far over. I checked the resistance and it is at 19kohms recommended is between 16 and 22 kohms. What could be the prob.? Where also do i get jumper wires to test for a ground? MY guage does not work either, the dealership told me the fuse kept popping because of the TOS. I believe it tis the TOS but not sure. Also how can ii bypass the Tip over switch on an 05 GSXR 600. Hard to break open the sensor itself. I tried doing what was said w/ an 02 gsxr but that did not work. I used a 15Kohms resistor and placed the resisors in the plug, from left to middle, middle to right.

Ummmmm, what???? You have some other issues. The TOS will not make the bike run rough, or affect any other systems. It's a simple on/off trigger for the ECU if the bike falls. Have you started by checking all your connections, battery connections, etc? The TOS is pretty easy to open up and silicone if you want to bypass it.
