Woes of the day...near tank slap and rough idle

06 cbr 600rr

So I had my fork off to replace my seals, put everything back together and rode it...when I took my hands of the bars I get a nasty wobble in like 2 seconds. Bad enough to turn into a tank slap if I let it go. SO I promply realized like a dumb *** that I put my front wheel on backwards (tire direction was wrong). I thought, well its clearly much more worn on one side...so that was probably it. Turned the wheel around, rode it again, and its not as bad but definitely not smooth and buttery like it was before I tore the front end off. The only thing I changed was I turned my clip ons out so they're nearly straight. What's the deal with the crazy wobble?

Issue two, I've been having issues with my idle not staying up. So I adjusted my idle screw so my bike is back at idle around 3k rpms. It was good, was pulling hard at idle in 1st and 2nd, but it started to run rough, pulls hard but sounds like *** and it was putting off some smoke for a minute at one point?
