DOT 5 silicone brake fluid?
Is it good to use or no?
This is the stuff I have in my bike right now. I was told that I should just use regular Dot 4.
It has a Min. boiling point of 550 F
Doesn't absorb water, and doesn't harm paint.

the magura is probably designed to accept it but every thing else isnt ..
you could probably call their tech line just to make sure...

The dot 5 will eta all your seas out of your handbrake so you will prob have to get a rebilled kit for that handbrake sorry man that stuff is bad very bad you need the RBF motoil 600 or something like that Im to lazy to go look at the bottle. But thats what all the pros use.
