It would take a 10 paragraph explanation on step by step instructions on how to do it but it would be easier for you to buy the repair manuel for your bike. The only special tool you will need is a seal driver and a long allen socket with an air impact. The rest is basic shop tools and a measuring cup for the fluid

thats what i did, now i got 2 sets of forks with blown seals.
