forgive me if I'm wrong but I believe the only thing different about the 03 to the 05 model is the tail section)plastics and subframe.

the engine and trans and all the other parts are the same(aside from plastic graphics and paint)

www.gofastvideo.com has a lot of manuals for free download. pretty sure they have the 05 zx6r
