Suspension setup for stand-ups?

How do you set up the front and rear suspension to make it easier to do the stand-ups?

I need to know how much rebound, dampening and compression to adjust my bike to. I want it set up to be easier but not unstable for cruising. If someone can let me know how to adjust it I could just find my happy medium.

Thanks...

Hey KrazyKris750, good to see some stunters from Canada. I sent you guys an email inviting you to come and play in Ottawa. We have access to a brand new dragstrip and would love to have you guys join us one day.
Cheers
SK
