one handed

I'm gonna start doing my standups one handed, or I'm gonna try.
Anyone have any pointers on what to watch for or how I can make it easier. I was gonna try it today but when I went to let go I kinda felt like falling forward or back. Does that make any sense.

Also one more thing. i've been doing standups with my left knee in the seat. How should I go about bringing my left leg all the way over to the right side. Again is there anything I should try or watch out for. Any balancing pointers would be helpful.

i found the best way to let go on a stundup is to bring your left foot back to the passenger footpeg and than it feels more stable to let go... It feels weird the first few times but once u get used to it u can let go no prob.
