i have a hadbrake i took off my 01 gsxr6 and i wanna put it on my 05 r6.. is there any adaptor or kit that uses the oem master from the 05?? all the kits hook up to '00 to '02 masters for some reason im just looking to save a few bucks and use the kit i have. help anyone

dont believe you can put an adapter on the 05 rear master. youre much better off sporting the extra money for the dual caliper setup anyway.

or you can just put the 99-02 rear master on your bike.. It's cheap! Go with the dual caliper big rotor kit though! I have a adapter already on a 99-02 rear master for your bike if ya want it pm an offer..

i got the 02 rear master and it works fine, although i hear the dual caliper is the way to go, if you dont have any coin this definately works well

you need a either an older rear master (tear drop style reservoir) or an c-clip style adapter (the same ones for 636's).
