Re: F4i Problem...

Sorry, already checked the regulator. It seems to be fine.

Re: F4i Problem...

So after trying EVERYTHING, I just don't get it, but here is what solved the problem... Gearing! I was only 8 up in the rear and I guess that was the problem. This past weekend we switched out my 8 up setup for my buddy's ridiculous 74 tooth rear and all was good. There was a slight vacuum leak that I fixed that helped a little. However, the ultimate solution was the gearing. It just doesn't make sense. I am pretty confident that there are people out there stunting F4i's with stock+8 gearing or less.

Anywho, I called up Moto-Heaven and Phil is helping me out again. Good people right there.

Ok, so mine is doing the exact same thing you're describing and I'm about to flip out. It's fine until it warms up or gets hot and then turns into a sack of crap. Does anybody have any other ideas?

it may still be the fuel pressure regulator.

warm the bike up till it does the problem...

shoot some water on the headers in a straigt line..if the FPR is out there will be cylinders that arnet as hot cuz they are dumping fuel out the exhaust, thus evaporating slower

check it
