not only just "to make moist"
it even says below it "dampener" for the noun of dampen. THAT is where i get that from. I don't know if i just read it wrong but to dampen means to restrain or suppress....as in suppress the headshake.

sit pretty far forward on the tank. dent that biotch and put some foam on the windshield. just takes practice. the third day doing them i started doin one handers and a week later i flipped one about 30 mph. be careful it is easy to misjudge height. good luck
