CBR 600rr HELP!
I have looked on here for over an hour for the anwser but cant find it!! I have an 06 600rr That i am stunting out and It wont run unless the headlight assembly is plugged in. Why is this and How can i get around it? do i have to connect some wires together or something? I want to go streetfighter but right now i cant because of this! my gixxer started fine with everythign unhooked... Any help would be nice. If this has already been anwserd can someone post a link? Thanks

Re: CBR 600rr HELP!
There is a "safety issue" related to this. i'm not exactly sure what causes it, but i'm pretty sure there's a relay (or ecu component) that will not allow the bike to start w/o the headlight assembly (which houses the tip sensor) being connected.

Re: CBR 600rr HELP!
on a f4i if you unplug the front wiring harness from the main wireing harness is wont run because you have unplugged the tip over sensor, so you could either keep the front wiring harness plugged in jump the tip over sensor wires at the front wiring harness or take the front wiring harness off and trace back the Tip sensor wires to the main wiring harness and jump them there
probabley the same situation for the 600rr

Re: CBR 600rr HELP!
theres 3 wires youre looking for. green/red and white. find those wires, cut all 3 and connect the green and the red and cap off the white. make sure you do this with a good wire connecter dont do the **** electrical tape and twist method as your life depends on this bike staying running while in a wheelie. if youve ever had a bike shut off on you mid wheeelie u would understand. just look at the 3 wires comming out of the tip over housing and match them up the ones on the main harness green/red and white should all be next to each other, one has a stripe i believe too.
