03 600 repair on 04 750 frame

03 600 repair on 04 750 frame
will a 03 gsxr motor fit into a 04 750 frame im in the process of switching the motor and the front motor mounts do not line up for ****. i can get the rear long bolts in and the one on the left side center but the two front mounts are about 1/2 inch off wtf is going wrong????
