well if you had too much slack in the timing chain there is a good chance you did some damage valves , one valve may be hitting a piston ...
if you can roll the bike backwards in a high gear and then let the clutch out to see if the tire rolls backwards then you will be able to tell if thats the case ...

if the piston is jammed against a valve it should roll a little because the piston will be going down away from the valve instead of up against the valve but eventually even going backwards it will go back up and hit the valve again and then it should turn going forward for a little bit
