2004 636

I have a 636 i put together a few months ago and have been riding. I have been riding it naked because i have been prepping the plastics for paint. I just got the plastics back and since installing the operating temp has gone up 25 degrees + it has a 05 radiator, water wetter and antifreeze mix and double wrapped headers with high temp header wrap, fan is hard wired on. I rode it a few times a week for 3 months and the operating temps between 178- 185 degrees with the idle at 4000 rpms. since installing fairings the temp has risend 25 plus degrees. I figured it would go up a little bit because of the restriction of air flow but this much....? Anyone else have this problem
