Cam Chain Timing

For all you mechanics...on the manual it says/pictured to line up the bottom crank shaft sprocket with the line on the motor. The 2 top sprockets under the valve cover need to be lined up and flush with the surface of the head.

Okay, once i do that....is that it? Is there anything else i need to do that i might be missing?

Thanks

make shure you are at tdc. If you have the oil pan off just look at the #1 rod and make shure it is up tward the head.

Re: Cam Chain Timing

once you line up the timing marks and #1 cylinder is on tdc there should be 28 links from outside mark to outside mark
