Def check fuses first. I rode around with no running light for about 6 months before I finally got off my *** to fix it and turns out it was a blown fuse. 5 minute fix.

Turn signal, brake light and head light, i think have different fuses. Replace the ones that burnt. If it keeps blowing fuses, then something on your wiring harness might be making contact with something and causing them to pop.
