03-04 636?

Does the 636 need an oil pickup? or do people just put a little more oil in them than required?

Also whats everyone doing about the forks? Rebuild? Front End Swap? Nothing?
Doesn't Full Throttle Rebuild them to be Stronger or something?

no pickup needed. change forks to 05-08 zx6 636. full throttle did make a kit not sure if they still do.

Didnt think they needed it. Thanks for the info bro

Anyone else ever use the Full Throttle kit for the Forks or know about them?

Do the kleen air mod. I would post the link, but I dont feel like searching for it. It will be easy to find, there are a ton of threads about it

no pick up needed. swap the front end to the 05-06 forks. all you need is the 05-06 front fender. you can keep the same, wheel, rotors, and tripples. i did it and now im not scared that my forks are gonna snap in half. somebody makes a "sleeve kit" for the 03-04 forks but i cant remember who.

i got some 03-04 forks with a blown seal for sale if ya want em.
