03-04 636 with 07 750 forks

Don't know if anyone cares anymore but heres my 636 with 07 750 front end

details details ?????

are they the same length ? did you use the 636 lower tripple or the gsxr ? if you used the gsxr did the bearings work or did you change the stem ????

exact same length
gsxr lower with 636 stem
bearings apperently have the same od not sure but thats what one shop said
I was told after i did all the machining that i should of just used the gsxr stem, said they could of bolted it right up.
have to add a spacer under the race after stem swap.
It wasn't a small job but like i said it might of just been a bolt up and i made it harder than it had to be.

anyways the front end is sick, the bike is stable, do a ton of street riding andf the thing is solid hope that helps.

yea the radial brakes are the ****, amazed to solid the bike is, like it was made for the gsxr front end. damper brackets and fender even bolt right up

yea look at the pick, just one bolt per side but its good,just have it side strapped, the fender is cut but it didn't need to be was cut earlier
