how do you get them out? do they need to be pressed out?the ones for the links and the ones for the swingarm to the frame.

Looking at the manual really quick, it does appear that the swingarm bearings are pressed.

Kawasaki uses their "special" tool, but it looks like any bearing/seal puller will work just fine. Then use any basic driver tool to reinstall.
