Overheating 05 636

Sorry if this is posted 9,000 times before, I've searched other sites, and looked at previous post about peoples 636's overheating and what they tryed and did. What I found was things I already tryed before I even went searching, so i'm stuck in the position to post up.

So here it is, I have an 05 636

I was riding my bike today and last night on the freeway between 75-90 Mph, and the temp outside was probably 90-105ish. I was watching the temp on my bike and it kept raising higher and higher, Pretty much the entire ride I was at about 235-248 Then Into the Hot flashing zone. It stayed in the hot flashing zone for about 5 mins. So, I pulled off the side of the road too sit for a little bit. Bike cooled down, got back on and road home.

Today I flushed my radiator, Used EngineIce and filled it up, Checked my fins on the raid, Also My fan does kick in at around 215-220. Everything seemed too be working fine when I was doing the flush. (No bubbles in the lines / all lines checked, everything flowed smoothly)

I get on my bike, take it down the freeway for about 10 miles and same damn thing happens, 230,232,235,240,245,248, HOT. Get off, Sit for a little, Jump back on and take off home. And yes the fan was on the entire time.

So, Now im stuck trying too figure out exactly what to do/try next. This is frustrating the hell out of me, I just want to go out and ride. Even in the 110 degree heat here.

Any help or suggestion would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Re: Overheating 05 636

run the bike to 200 degrees with the rad cap off so the system bleeds correctly.
