hey guys, my buddy has a problem with unstable idle on his F4i, the bike ran fine before but recently started idling very unstable, like it hasnt got fuel or something... it also makes a strange buzzing sound a couple seconds after you shut it down...
i've tried to search for similar issues but didnt find any good info

maybe someone has had the same problem with his F4i and knows how to fix this?

oh yeah, the bike has the clean air mod done and has the second idle cable...

try another battery if you have one

The clean air mod causes the buzzing at shut off, don't worry about that



And the unstable idle could be a lot of things. Battery can definitely do it, and is USUALLY the cause of it on f4i's
You could try trick charging hte battery, and turning the headlights and fan OFF at the lot, and see how it runs

yep, its glenn... sent him a text to make him change his battery but havent gotten any response so far... he's always having trouble with his bikes... its like a curse or something...
