cam chain tensioner

need a cam chain tensioner for a 1987 cbr 1000 hurricane anyone know where i can buy on or a fix to the slack problem in the cam chain?

anyone know a fix without replacing the tensioner? exactly how does it work i know its automatic but is there a way to tighten without buying a new one?
