my buddy is riding a 99gsxr and cant find an oil pick up, every one weve found has been for 2000-05 nothing under those years, anyone got any ideas?

To my understanding they just aren't made at all...but I also hear as long as you don't stay on the 12 bar for too long you won't have any troubles. My friend had a 99 GSXR600 and he could wheelie for miles and never had any oil problems. The motor did blow up at 60k but considering he's never did any maintenance other then change oil and filter whenever he remembered I'd say the 60k wasn't from stunting. haha
