cant start when in gear.....?

cant start when in gear.....?
how do u go about getting rid of the wires that goes to clutch so u can start bike in gear?

buddy has a switch he made on his gixxer, jw other ways..

sorta a dumb ?, but i havent had a bike that has this

That plug going to your clutch has two wires...just connect them O_o on the f4i I had I just used a paper clip haha.
